For CivicRecordsOnline's accessibility target, current efforts and known limitations, read the product accessibility statement. It describes ongoing work and is not a certification that every page or released file conforms.

Requester workflows

Sign-in, account registration, request lookup, and requester dashboard pages are designed to work with standard browser controls and assistive technology.

Released files

Some agency records originate as scans, photos, handwritten material, or third-party files. If a released file is not accessible, contact the agency that released the record for an alternate format.
